Larry Hoover

The leader of the infamous "Gangster Disciples", which is currently serving six life sentences in a super max security prison in Colorado. Controlling small military size gang, which he had enough power to do from inside prison walls. A very powerful man, was convicted for murder and various other charges.  He only sees around one hour of sunlight a day.

Stanley Tookie Williams "crips"

Williams was born in New Orleans December 29, 1953. Move to Los Angeles at a young age where he had to learn fast how to fight and defend himself, as the new kid on the block he was forced to fight and knock people unconscious. He was toughened up from the horrors he seen in the streets and from his mother. Grew up around drug dealers, murderers, hustlers and pimps. he rarely attended school, believing he was dys-educated, a term he used to describe the impaired and diseased knowledge he learned in school and the streets. Made friends fighting, one of them was Raymond Washington. They formed an alliance known as the "crips". Started out small but became to large to control. The division caused both of their downfalls. In 1979 Washington was shot and killed. Was Blamed on the Faction "Hoover Crips", but no one was ever arrested. They believed he knew his killer. The same year Williams robbed a convenient store, shot the camera out, and shot the clerk with two shots, execution style, in the back, he later denied it. The same year it was said that he broke in a motel and killed three of the owner. That was also denied. Was Convicted on life chargers and put on death row. Later on in life he tried to ring unity to gangs while in jail. Was later put to death by leathal injection.
Tookie Williams helped start the crips and is now dead, but tried to change his mistakes, everybody makes
them but he wasn't given a second chance, and is now laid to rest.

Extrotion

Extortion is basically somebody being forced to pay for protection. They would harm or harass the owner until he would give in. They would sometimes beat them bloody and at times if not cooperating they would be murdered. Still takes places today, but there is not much to do about it if nobody speaks. If that was the case, I would just get a security guard. Honestly it was quite common during the major mafia eras. I Couldn't imagine myself being that scared.

Frank Lucas

Frank Lucas, the true American Gangster. Lived a life as a gangster, basically an African American mobster. The person who bought Blue Magic to the streets. Lived a life of drugs, moeny, murders, love, and street fame. Was one of the most feared men in the New York area. Ruthless and not scared of anything, he was clearly someone to look up to, at the same time how could someone who did so much wrong, be someone to look up to. He still fed hungry, and cared about the poor, but one thing you better not do, is cross him. Broadday light murders, and making Fifty-two million dollars off of drugs, he was a truly a self made boss. Was caguht and is now free today.

John Gotti

John Gotti, The Teflon Don. One of the mos infamous mobsters of all time. 13 murders and a life of crime. I perosonally think he was a monster, but it was how he grew up. Parents were imigrants and all he knew was the streets since a child. I admire the struggle he went through to get to the success he did.
